🧂 Ingredients (for 1–2 servings)
2 cups of water (approx. 400ml)
1 pack of instant ramen
Ramen seasoning powder
1 whole crab (small or medium size)
Plenty of fish cakes (eomuk/odeng), sliced
🍳 Cooking Steps
1. Pour 2 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiling, add the seasoning powder first.
> Adding the seasoning first deepens the flavor of the broth.
3. Add 1 whole crab into the boiling water.
> The crab adds a rich, ocean-fresh taste to the soup.
4. Add the ramen noodles.
5. Generously add fish cakes (odeng) and let everything simmer.
> The fish cakes bring sweetness and depth to the broth.
🍽️ Tips & Variations
Add a chopped chili pepper and a clove of garlic for a spicy seafood twist.
Crack an egg into the pot at the end for extra richness.
Top with a spoonful of kimchi for a bold Korean kick!
